Sorry. Leo's Party Rental does not supply the balloons to 
be filled by the helium tanks that we rent. You can find the 
balloons for helium at many local stores ( Wal-Mart, H.E.B.,
Michaels etc...). 

* There is also a discount on rentals for customers who choose to pick up their rental
   with a $50.00 deposit + tax. (discount excludes holidays).
